The Wooden furnitures of ENKA's White Square Office Center project in Moscow/Russia will produced by GORHAN. The Project is a business center, and the indoor office furnitures, cabinets, wainscotings etc, of two blocks of the center will be completed turnkey by GORHAN.
Gorhan is in Agaoglu's Andromeda Project in My World: In Andromeda, the important step of My World, the headboards and wardrobes of 990 flats will be made by Gorhan.
Furniture manufacturing is being processed in our plant in the organized industrial zone of Gebze Dilovası. The plant has 21000 m2 open and 6500 m2 closed work area.
In our plant there are both the conventional manufacturing machines and all the necessary computerized, new technology based machines.
Our plant is able of producing any kind of woodwork (doors, wardrobes, stairs, kitchen furniture or bathroom furniture) using the capacity of our equipment and our expert staff. Both the mass productions and special unique project works are produced in the highest quality. With the new equipment invested in the last couple of years, latest technology standards are reached.
Furniture Manufacturing The ratio of human factor in production was decreased with automation. Therefore a full automated 50m panel line was installed. This line consists of full automated loaders and unloaders, double-sided squaring and edge banding machine and two units of multiple boring and dowel inserting machines. The number of CNC point to point machines are increased, and the machinery park is extended with the veneer-pvc wrapping machine, and hydraulic pres together with the glue spreading machine..
Varnishing-Painting Department In our plant, the investment process of positive pressurized, water curtain spray booth, UV roller coater line with double laser roller to apply finish coats and computerized automatic spray machine are executed in a short period of time. Gorhan, has become one of the leading companies, with the support of the R&D department, in perfectly resulting the finishing coat UV varnish on wooden furniture surfaces. Now in our plant, whole the flat door surfaces (entrance and cabinet doors) are resulted perfectly using the UV roller technique. The computerized spraying machine is also used for the finishing of surfaces that are not flat; so all the paint finishing process is being held out by computerized machines.
